About Us

Nourishing Body, Renewing Spirit, Rebuilding Futures

Our Story

Sustained Life Inc. is a sanctuary for those in transition, offering a faith-rooted path to holistic vitality and lasting restoration. Our approach is inspired by Genesis 41:14, emphasizing preparation, clearing, and restoration. We believe healing requires structural life changes, not temporary fixes.

Our organization operates on three core premises:

  • Food as medicine from God
  • Faith as stability when addressing holistic approaches to overall health
  • Rebuilding lives in community

In 2007, the word of God came to me in a dream and said: Genesis 41:14. A few days later I turned my TV on and there was an error code: 4114. I started my journey learning about the life of Joseph, simultaneously battling gastrointestinal issues.

For years, I looked at the wellness industry and noticed a glaring, frustrating paradox. On one side, you have traditional nutrition: numbers-driven, clinical, and calorie-counting. It tells you what to put on your plate but completely ignores the soul of the person eating it. It treats our bodies like machines rather than sacred vessels.

On the other side, we have deep spiritual faith, which nourishes our hearts and minds but often neglects the physical temple we have been given to carry out our higher purpose. Then came my “Aha!” moment.

Health as Stewardship

True health is not a luxury reserved for those who can afford high-end wellness programs or specialty health boutiques. It is accessible when we embrace a more complete understanding of well-being—one that connects the science of biochemistry with the deeper dimensions of purpose, mindset, and stewardship.

Nourishing the Body, Mind, and Spirit

Choosing whole, nourishing foods is more than a dietary decision; it is an act of spiritual stewardship. The way we care for our bodies reflects the value we place on the lives we have been entrusted to lead.

When we heal our relationship with food, we begin to heal our minds. As our minds become healthier, we gain greater clarity, resilience, and self-discipline. These qualities strengthen our ability to make healthier choices, overcome challenges, and reduce the burden of diet-related diseases.

I did not create Sustained Life to give people another diet plan. I created it to spark a revolution of whole-person restoration, starting from the plate and reaching all the way to the soul.
